In November 2019,the "2019 National industrial Energy Saving Technology and Equipment Recommendation and "Energy Efficiency Star" Product Evaluation Work" was successfully concluded ral Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (No. 123 of the Section Letter of the Department of Industry and Information Technology [2019]), and after the organization of the local competent departments of industry and information technology, the industry associations' recommendation and evaluation, the Ministry of Industry and The Ministry of Information Technology included 86 industrial energy-saving technologies and 193 items of industrial equipment into the "National industrial Energy Saving Technology and Equipment Recommended Catalogue (2019)", and 50 items of industrial equipment and 84 items of end-consumption products into the "Energy Efficiency Star" Product Catalogue (2019). The high-efficiency subcooled water-type ice-making unit jointly developed by Moon-tech Energy Conservation Technology Company/Guangzhou Moon-KoLin was selected as a key energy-using equipment system energy-saving technology.

Industrial refrigeration, food processing, large-scale regional cooling system, etc., and at the same time, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of electricity. This project has been successfully promoted and applied to many units, the results of the project are widely used to improve production efficiency, improve the human living environment.
