Recently, the Department of Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the public notice of the "Guide Catalog for the Promotion and Application of the First (Sets) of Major Technical Equipment (2019 Edition)". Moon-Tech's carbon dioxide ice-making system with heat recovery and the integrated skid-mounted unit with environmentally friendly ice-making and cooling source were selected for the catalog because of their excellent features such as environmental protection, energy saving, green and high efficiency.
1. The characteristics of the carbon dioxide ice-making system with heat recovery are as follows:

◆The system adopts trans-critical refrigeration system with natural carbon dioxide refrigerant, and at the same time, it comes with heat recovery system, and the temperature of hot water can reach 40～80℃; the temperature of ice surface: -3～-10℃ is adjustable, and the control precision is ±0.5℃;

◆Environmental protection: This system adopts natural refrigerant to meet the requirements of environmental protection;
◆Energy saving: more than 20% energy saving than traditional ethylene glycol system; coming with heat recovery system, which can improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate and reduce carbon emission.
2. The characteristics of the integrated skid-mounted unit for environmentally friendly ice making and cold source are as follows:

◆New environmentally friendly refrigerant R513, refrigerant carrier R744 (carbon dioxide), suitable for standard indoor short-track speed skating rink (60 × 31m). Ice surface temperature: -3～-10℃ adjustable, control precision ±0.5℃ ;

◆Environmental protection: Adopting environmental protection refrigerant (R513) and natural carrier refrigerant (carbon dioxide) to meet environmental protection requirements;

◆Energy saving: 25-30% than traditional ethylene glycol system;

◆Outdoor type unit saves investment by eliminating the machine room in the building;　　
◆Factory assembly, save the time of on-site installation, water and electricity can be used.
Moon-Tech heat recovery carbon dioxide ice-making system uses full heat recovery technology, can effectively improve the overall energy efficiency of the system overall energy use, to achieve green, efficient and energy-saving ice and snow refrigeration system; environmentally friendly ice cold source integrated skid mounted unit using environmentally friendly refrigeration media, can achieve the ice rink ice-making unit energy efficiency of more than 10%, reduce energy consumption to meet the energy saving and environmental protection requirements.

Traditional indoor artificial ice rinks use a refrigeration system with an ethylene glycol solution as the secondary refrigerant.
