The project is mainly freeze-dried w meat, beef, duck, Turbot and other pet food, including 6 MTFD240 freeze-drying production lines,with the full capacity of processing raw materials 6000 tons per year.

The freeze-drying bin adopts the separate side type. The freeze-dried warehouse door is polished by stainless steel mirror, the water trap is made of carbon steel, the inner wall is sprayed with zinc, and the outer wall is painted with anti-corrosion treatment.

The refrigeration system uses the centralized cooling method of the barrel pump, and the refrigeration unit uses MOON-TECH automatic screw refrigeration compressor with the oil cooler and economizer. The refrigerant is R507A environmental protection working medium.It’s 3 times the circulation rate and the refrigerant in the cold pipe of the water trap is 100% full, so that the flow rate is large, and the circulation is fast. DANFOSS control valve group ICM+ICAD is used to control the liquid supply of barrel pump unit, which makes debugging and adjustment simple ,reliable and stable operation.
