The raw gas of the project comes from the carbon dioxide emitted in the synthetic ammonia process, which is pre-compressed and purified by low temperature rectification to obtain food-grade CO2 with a purity of 99.999%. The project is equipped with 2 dry ice machines, which can produce 200g-1000g/ piece block dry ice or Φ3mm particle dry ice. The unit can achieve 24-hour continuous production with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons. Through the recycling of CO2, the project effectively solves the problem of waste gas of chemical enterprises, produces high purity carbon dioxide, increases benefits for enterprises, and contributes to the protection of the earth and carbon recycling.
