The first phase of Guangzhou Port Project has a total construction area of 304,000 square meters and three cold warehouses with a storage capacity of 227,000 tons. It will be built into the country's largest harbor cold chain warehouse group and comprehensive cold chain logistics distribution base with a storage capacity of 460,000 tons, deeply radiating South part of China, the Pearl River Delta region and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration.


The first phase of the project consists of three cold storage. Low temperature refrigerating warehouse adopts R717/CO2 cascade refrigeration system, including equipment configuration:  24 sets of refrigeration compressor units, 12 sets of large evaporative condensers, 1083 sets of heat exchanger (ceiling type chiller), about 600 tons of profiles, about 1300 tons of pipes, about 320,000 meters of cables. The total preparation and installation period is only 10 months.

 

This project adopts internationally advanced "ammonia and carbon dioxide overlay" refrigeration technology, and adopts MOON-TECH condensation waste heat recovery system technology for hot water supply, which integrates "safety, environmental protection and energy saving". This project applies the "MOON-TECH MICC Intelligent Cloud platform" based on the Internet of Things technology and big data to ensure the visualization, refinement and digital operation of the cold chain system of the logistics center, and realize the "full life cycle service guarantee" from online to offline.
