The project is mainly freeze-dried corn ,green beans ,other fruits and vegetables,including 1 MTFD200 freeze-drying production lines,with the full capacity of processing raw materials 600 tons per year.

The freeze-drying bin adopts the separate side type. The freeze-dried warehouse door is polished by stainless steel mirror, the water trap is made of carbon steel, the inner wall is sprayed with zinc, and the outer wall is painted with anti-corrosion treatment.

Refrigeration system selection of indirect refrigeration pump liquid supply mode, with refrigerant R744 environmental protection working medium.The operating condition is -45/+35℃, 5 degrees lower than direct refrigeration, less refrigerant charge.
