The project is the largest fruit and vegetable processing and cold storage project in Uzbekistan, with a total area of about 20,000 square meters, used for storing apples and cherries. The cold storage includes twenty 150T gas storages and twenty 200T gas storages, temperature -2~5℃; two pre-cooling rooms, storage capacity 50T/10H, storage temperature 0~5℃;  five  200T low temperature cold storages, mainly storage peas, yellow peach, storage temperature -20℃; six halls and delivery rooms, storage temperature 15~18℃; one processing room, storage temperature 15℃; one packing room, storage temperature 15℃.

The refrigeration system mainly includes three MOON-TECH screw parallel units and five MOON-TECH piston parallel units.

The project is another turnkey project in Uzbekistan, including steel structure, PU storage board, refrigeration system and air conditioning equipment. The successful operation of this project demonstrated the ability of MOON-TECH to undertake large-scale projects and increased the visibility and influence of the MOON-TECH brand in Uzbekist.
