Compared with the traditional quick freezing storehouse, the freezing efficiency is greatly enhanced;

It can be connected with the upstream or downstream production lines to realize the continuous operations of processing, quick freezing and packaging, reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency;

The output of the equipment is large, which can meet the requirements of large freezing amount;

The carton freezer can be in two operational modes:

Mode of lQF

Frozen articles are in continuous warehousing anddelivery, namely, the food freezing time is equal to thefull warehousing operation time, and continuousproduction without shutdown is realized. lt isapplicable to continuous production of few products.

Mode of ABF

The food warehousing and delivery time is non-related to the freezing time, normally, a shift lasts for24 hours (or 48 hours),namely, warehousing is doneon the first day and delivery on the second (or third)day, and the mode is applicable to the mode ofnon-continuous production of single orvariousproducts.
