Evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration system. The operating principle is that the compressor discharge the superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas, which goes through the condensing tube in the evaporative condenser, so that the high temperature gaseous refrigerant and the spray water and air outside the tube heat exchange, taking away the heat released by the high temperature medium, to achieve the purpose of condensation.
Heat Exchange Tube

Coil set
The coil set is hot dip galvanized integrally, the zinc layerthickness is up to over 70um, and the service life of the coil setreaches over 10 years. Heat exchange tubes are formed at a time using animported production line. The whole heat exchange tubehas no attachment welds. Before and after assembling, twopressure tests are performed. After hot dip galvanizing, thethird pressure test is conducted to ensure the strength andairtightness of the coil unit.
Outer Panel
The panels with standard and conventional configuration usegalvalumes.The surface of galvalumes shows specific smooth,even and gorgeous star flowers, and its base color is silver white. With a special cladding structure, galvalumes have excellent corrosion resistance and very good heat resistance and can be used in a 315°C high temperature environment. The adhesion between the cladding and the paint film is good. Galvalumes have good machinability and can be punched, sheared and welded.
Fastener
All fasteners are hot-dip galvanized, have a good anticorrosion effect and are widely used in ship building and offshore drilling platforms. Bolts will not be completely rusted.
Air Intake Shutter
PVC sine wave type shutters are used and they have advantages such as anticorrosion, resistance to ageing and ultraviolet rays, small wind resistance and small weight.
Axial Fan
Direct-connection type fan with high transmission efficiency and without wearing parts. Large diameter and low speed; noise level 3~5dB lower than that of a common fan; more uniform wind field flow velocity. Aluminum alloy blades with high strength, small weight and high resistance to corrosion. Class F insulated motor of lP55 protection level, which is applicable to outdoor environment and high temperature and high humidity operating environment. After hot-dip galvanizing, the fan drum and structural members are electrostatic-sprayed and apply to high temperature and high humidity environment conditions.
High Efficiency Water Collector
The high efficiency water collector has a good water collecting effect and is resistant to ageing and corrosion, and its water escape rate is lower than 5PPM.
Large Diameter Nozzle
Large diameter three-layer nozzles are characterized by more uniform water distribution, difficult blockage, small resistance and saving of water pump power. Threaded connection, convenient repair.
Oblique Water Pan Design
The water tank has small volume to reduce operating weight.
Water flows from high position to low position without dead space, and sediments can be automatically collected near the drain outlet for convenience of cleaning and pollution discharge.
Access Door
Below each fan is an access door, which can be used conveniently to repair coil sets, nozzles, water collectorsfans, etc.
